Slide-Generation AI Deployed Company-Wide at Mitsui Fudosan, Saving an Average of 44 Minutes per Document

ENIAQ Inc. (CEO: Taishi Eguchi), a startup from the University of Tokyo, has jointly developed a "conversational slide-generation AI" with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., and researched, developed, and provided the core generation technology behind it.

We succeeded in developing a proprietary generation method that suppresses overlapping text and broken layouts, common problems with generative AI, and realized an AI that can interactively generate high-quality PowerPoint documents from text or PDF files. In a post-use survey of Mitsui Fudosan employees, an average reduction of 44 minutes in creation time per document was confirmed in use for actual business purposes.

Going forward, we plan to roll out this technology across a wide range of business areas, tailored to each company's environment and requirements.
